As an adult and a parent of young adults I’m often wondering how can my kids afford a home these days? With home prices always going up and real estate in high demand it seems like even a 1,000- 1,200 sq. ft. starter home is out of reach for many.

People all over the country are sub-dividing their large 10,000+ sq. ft. lots into smaller lots and selling them off at 80,000 ~ 125,000 USD (Pacific Northwest).
